This policy explains what the Wassender Chrome extension and the Wassender service ("we") collect, why, and your choices. Wassender is operated by Genoun. Contact: hello@genoun.com · WhatsApp +20 102 003 9219.

What stays on your device

Campaign drafts, spreadsheets you import, Autopilot rules and settings, your opt-out list, local campaign history and preferences are stored in your browser's extension storage. Spreadsheet contents are processed locally and are not uploaded to us.

What we store on our servers

• Account: name, email, phone number, country, a hashed password, and a device identifier plus your network (IP) address — stored hashed where used — to apply the free-plan allowance fairly.
• Usage: the number of messages you send, for plan limits.
• Delivery reports: for each sent message, the recipient number, delivery status, time and the first 160 characters of the message, so you can see and export your reports.
• Templates you choose to save to your account.
• Payments: the plan you choose and the payment receipt you upload, to activate your plan.

What we don't do

We don't read your WhatsApp conversations, we don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising or credit decisions. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Web session.

Third parties

Our servers are hosted by an infrastructure provider that processes data on our behalf. When AI features launch, the text you choose to process will be sent to an AI provider to generate a response.

Retention and your choices

You can delete local data by removing the extension. To access, export or delete your account data, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
